A GenAI finalmente torna poss\u00edvel a personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o em escala \u2013 seja por meio da interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o de dados n\u00e3o estruturados e desconectados, que auxiliam na segmenta\u00e7\u00e3o, por exemplo; seja por meio da cria\u00e7\u00e3o de mensagens e recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es personalizadas, com a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de <em>copies <\/em>e imagens alinhadas com as prefer\u00eancias do consumidor.<br \/><em><strong>Que resultados as empresas podem esperar com o marketing de personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>Resultados mapeados a partir das entrevistas realizadas pela McKinsey mostram redu\u00e7\u00e3o nos custos de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de clientes em at\u00e9 50%, aumento das receitas entre 5 e 15% e incremento do ROI (retorno sobre investimento) entre 10 e 30% \u2013 apenas para citar alguns. Nossa experi\u00eancia tamb\u00e9m mostra que a personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o aumenta a fidelidade do cliente. E a pandemia tornou a personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o ainda mais urgente para as marcas: tr\u00eas quartos dos clientes trocaram de loja, produto ou m\u00e9todo de compra durante a pandemia, mostrando que a fideliza\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 cada vez mais desafiadora.<br \/><em><strong>O que os consumidores esperam do marketing de personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>Primeiro, os consumidores querem recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es de produtos que eles n\u00e3o estavam necessariamente buscando, mas que s\u00e3o complementares \u00e0s suas buscas recentes. Segundo, eles querem ser ativados quando est\u00e3o \u201cdispostos \u00e0 compra\u201d. Ou seja, acertar o momento da recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 t\u00e3o importante quanto o est\u00edmulo em si.\u00a0 Terceiro, os consumidores querem ser reconhecidos em qualquer canal, n\u00e3o somente no digital. Eles esperam comunica\u00e7\u00f5es que combinem perfeitamente com experi\u00eancias <em>on <\/em>e<em> offline<\/em>. Isso \u00e9 um desafio para os varejistas porque exige a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o entre \u00e1reas distintas da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 desde opera\u00e7\u00f5es de lojas at\u00e9 <em>analytics<\/em>.<br \/><em><strong>Isso significa que o marketing de personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas digital?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>Exatamente. Levar a personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o para al\u00e9m dos canais digitais representa uma imensa oportunidade. Intera\u00e7\u00f5es <em>offline<\/em> como visitas a lojas podem ser o novo horizonte para a personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o. Mas, claro, para que a personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o funcione no mundo <em>offline<\/em> \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio um investimento robusto em tecnologia, que vai desde anal\u00edtica avan\u00e7ada e intelig\u00eancia artificial at\u00e9 reconhecimento facial, geolocaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e sensores biom\u00e9tricos.<br \/><em><strong>Como colocar em pr\u00e1tica o marketing de personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>Antes de mais nada, \u00e9 preciso ter dados comportamentais do cliente para poder analisar sua jornada. Quando esse cliente d\u00e1 indica\u00e7\u00f5es sobre suas inten\u00e7\u00f5es, o marketing deve estar preparado para responder imediatamente com uma mensagem relevante. Para isso, \u00e9 preciso uma equipe dedicada \u2013 cria\u00e7\u00e3o, m\u00eddias digitais, <em>analytics<\/em>, opera\u00e7\u00f5es e TI. Essa equipe precisa ser veloz e totalmente centrada no cliente.
