No Iberic Kingdom, o mais recente projeto da localidade, oferecem uma pequena tapa sempre que pedir uma bebida, uma cerveja, por exemplo, ou ca\u00f1a se preferir entrar j\u00e1 no esp\u00edrito. O objetivo \u00e9 provar um pouco que do existe no menu para depois pedir uma dose maior.<\/span>
O Iberic Kingdom \u00e9 o novo reino do presunto na regi\u00e3o. H\u00e1 pe\u00e7as logo \u00e0 entrada, que s\u00e3o cortadas ao vivo, e v\u00e1rias tapas espanholas para ali ficar durante horas com amigos \u00e0 volta de uma mesa. \u201cVi que fazia falta aqui no Algarve um espa\u00e7o como este com um bocado de cada regi\u00e3o de Espanha\u201d, explica \u00e0 NiT Afonso Flores, 36 anos, o respons\u00e1vel pelo projeto.<\/span>
O conceito est\u00e1 idealizado h\u00e1 oito anos, quando o desenvolveu enquanto projeto para a conclus\u00e3o do estudo em marketing que fez na Dinamarca. Criou tudo, desde o logotipo \u00e0 ideia. \u201cTinha de criar algo com vista \u00e0 exporta\u00e7\u00e3o, e pensei logo no presunto e nas tapas de Espanha.\u201d<\/span>
A loja f\u00edsica \u00e9 apenas um dos projetos do Iberic Kingdom. Os pr\u00f3ximos passos s\u00e3o a abertura de um espa\u00e7o online com entregas em todo o Pa\u00eds, servi\u00e7o de catering e abertura de mais lojas noutros pa\u00edses.<\/span>
Por enquanto, a Iberic Kingdom fica-se com este espa\u00e7o em Alvor. Existem quatro variedades de presunto que s\u00e3o cortados ao momento e vendidos ao quilo. Depois tem ainda queijos e outros enchidos, como lingui\u00e7a ib\u00e9rica, chouri\u00e7os e lombo ib\u00e9rico de bolota.<\/span>
Nas cl\u00e1ssicas tapas, todas a 4,90\u20ac, encontra os pimentos padr\u00f3n, sortido de croquetes, espargos crocantes, biqueir\u00f5es em vinagre, gambas ao alho, salada russa, polvo \u00e0 galega<\/strong>, anchovas ou o ratatouille com ovos estrelados.<\/span>
Fora destes petiscos tem hamb\u00fargueres, como o Barcelona, com queijo, cebola e r\u00facula (5,90\u20ac), ou o Madrid, com tomate, alface, cebola e ovo (5,90\u20ac), ou as saladas, como a Iberic Kingdom, com alface, nozes, queijo, presunto e sementes de girassol. Todos os enchidos chegam de Espanha. S\u00f3 mesmo os frescos \u00e9 que compra na regi\u00e3o.<\/span>
O restaurante est\u00e1 aberto at\u00e9 \u00e0 meia-noite e tem capacidade para 36 pessoas.<\/span>
