O marketing digital e as estrat\u00e9gias de marketing social n\u00e3o s\u00e3o apenas sobre publicidade; envolvem a cria\u00e7\u00e3o, opera\u00e7\u00e3o e evolu\u00e7\u00e3o destas estrat\u00e9gias, com o CRM desempenhando um papel significativo na gest\u00e3o do ciclo de vida da informa\u00e7\u00e3o nas empresas.
